Your participation
Confirmed deposits buy units at the current net asset value. Your units determine your share of gains and losses; later deposits do not receive earlier profits.
Performance fees
Fees are a share of eligible profits. Yield managed accounts start from the first dollar; other managed accounts may have a hurdle and marginal profit tiers. Each managed account sets its rate, high-water mark and settlement period.
Strategy-specific terms will be published before deposits open.
