1. Scope and controller
This Privacy Notice explains how Prediction Labs Inc. (“Prediction Labs,” “Quant Fun,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information in connection with Quant Fun. It does not control third parties you visit or use independently.
2. Information we collect
Account and identity information
We collect identifiers and profile data such as your identity-provider subject, verified email address, connected login-wallet address, display name, profile preferences, authentication and session information, and records showing which legal-document versions you accepted and when.
Wallet, strategy, and transaction information
We collect your quantum-wallet address, supported deposit addresses, balances, orders, positions, fills, transfers, strategy definitions and settings, execution status, and related identifiers. Blockchain and market activity associated with an address may be public even when your account profile is not.
Technical and usage information
We and our providers may collect IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, pages and features used, button interactions, referrals, cookies or similar storage, diagnostic logs, security events, API activity, and approximate location derived from network information.
Optional product analytics and session replay
With your consent, we may use Google Analytics for page views and feature usage, and self-hosted Rybbit for product analytics. Our Google Analytics integration sends screen categories and selected event names, without account identifiers, form values, URL query strings or financial values. You can turn off analytics below. When Rybbit is enabled, a small sample of sessions may be replayed with text and form values masked and authentication dialogs blocked.
Communications
We collect information you provide in support requests, feedback, surveys, waitlists, and other communications. For a product waitlist, we record the email address, requested product, consent time, and consent-notice version.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and authenticate accounts; create and operate quantum wallets; process your instructions; evaluate and run strategies; show balances, orders, positions, and performance; provide support; send product updates you requested; maintain records; secure and debug the Service; prevent fraud, manipulation, abuse, and unauthorized access; enforce terms and geographic restrictions; comply with law; and improve product reliability and usability.
4. How we share information
We share information as reasonably necessary with identity and authentication providers; hosting, database, security, analytics, and communications vendors; wallet, key-management, bridge, blockchain, data, execution, and market infrastructure providers; professional advisers and auditors; authorities or other parties where required by law or needed to protect rights and safety; and a successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale.
We do not authorize service providers to use personal information for purposes unrelated to providing their contracted services to us. Third-party platforms may separately collect and use information under their own terms and notices.
5. Public blockchain information
Blockchain transactions are generally public, permanent, and outside our control. Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, assets, amounts, timestamps, and smart-contract interactions may remain publicly available even after you close your Quant Fun account. We cannot edit or erase a public blockchain.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, maintain security and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet tax, accounting, sanctions, anti-fraud, and legal obligations, and protect users. Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirement. We may de-identify information where lawful.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet, blockchain, key-management, or storage system is completely secure. You are responsible for securing your login methods, devices, and recovery channels.
8. International processing
We and our providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use legally recognized transfer mechanisms and safeguards. Laws in those countries may differ from your local laws.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to appeal certain decisions. These rights may be limited by transaction-record, security, legal, and public-blockchain requirements. You may also manage certain profile and cookie preferences in the Service.
Product analytics and session replay are not loaded for this browser.
You may withdraw consent for product-update emails at any time through the unsubscribe option in an email or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect access already granted.

10. Children
Quant Fun is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly permit minors to create accounts.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this Notice as the Service or law changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required. Questions and requests may be sent to [email protected].
