Quant Fun guide
Accounts, tiers and fees
Understand Subscriber Tiers, Builder Tiers and Lighter account choices.Subscriber Tiers: using strategies
Your Subscriber Tier uses eligible filled USD volume over a rolling 30-day window. Tier 6 starts below $10,000. Tier 5 starts at $10,000, Tier 4 at $100,000, Tier 3 at $1 million, Tier 2 at $10 million and Tier 1 at $25 million.
The corresponding rebates are 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50% of eligible collected Quant Fun fees. Deposits, allocated capital and unfilled orders do not count as volume. The tier can fall as older fills leave the window.
Builder Tiers: publishing strategies
Builder qualification uses external subscribers’ eligible volume, not your own trading. Above Tier 6, at least one other user must subscribe. Volume thresholds are ten times the Subscriber thresholds; the fee-share rates run from 0% to 50%.
Builder earnings are a share of eligible collected platform fees, not subscriber deposits or profits. Subscriber rebates and referral rewards are deducted before the builder share is calculated.
Where to check your tier
Open Portfolio to see your Subscriber and Builder reports, observation time and any temporary upgrade with its expiry. A stale or unavailable report is not a current verified qualification.
Temporary upgrades apply the better of the earned and promotional tier while active. A displayed rate is an entitlement; payment still requires collected fees and verified settlement.
Lighter Free and Premium are different
Lighter account types are separate from Quant Fun’s six reward tiers and from product access permissions. Choose the wallet in subscription setup and review its current fees and minimum capital.
Active and paused subscriptions retain their chosen wallet. A stopped subscription can switch only when it has no trading history or outstanding recovery state and the required waiting period has passed. Moving money does not switch the subscription’s wallet.
