Add funds from outside the platform

1. Open Portfolio → Wallets and choose Add funds or Deposit. Select the supported asset and network in the deposit flow.
2. Copy the address shown for that exact route, check the minimum and send using the same asset and network. A trading address, login wallet and bridge deposit address can be different.
3. Follow the deposit status until the receiving balance is credited. A transaction sent from your external wallet is not yet a completed platform deposit.

Track deposits and withdrawals

Check your receiving wallet for deposits and withdrawals. A pending or unknown outcome is not confirmation that funds arrived. Keep the transfer reference and contact support before submitting again.

Available cash, fees and withdrawals

Open positions, reserved capital, fees and route minimums can reduce the amount available to withdraw. Use the live review rather than treating your total balance as withdrawable.

To send funds outside Quant Fun, use Send or Withdraw and review the receiving address, network, asset and fees. A withdrawal does not automatically pause a strategy.
