Memecoin snipers
Use a new social post to look for a token trade.A sniper watches a source and attempts a buy when a new signal meets its rules. Speed matters, but the token, network and buy limits still need to match.
- WatchA new post
- CheckToken and buy limits
- ActPlace an order or skip
A matching signal starts an order attempt. Check Activity for the result.
Example: the HunterBiden post strategy
This Base strategy watches posts from the configured HunterBiden account. It looks for a token address in the post; versions with context lookup can also use related project information. If the intended token cannot be identified, the strategy should skip the trade.
The example explains a strategy pattern. It does not imply endorsement by the account or guarantee that a mentioned token is safe.
What to review in a sniper
- Source and network
Check the exact account being watched and the chain where the strategy buys. A matching name or ticker is not enough to identify a token.
- Buy size and filters
Set the amount per buy and review the available market-cap, liquidity, slippage and exposure limits. Controls differ between sniper strategies.
- Exit plan
Check whether the strategy includes sell rules. Do not assume it sells automatically after buying; review your holdings and available sell controls.
Testing a sniper
Social-token strategies do not currently support Studio backtests. Review their settings and recorded activity without treating a preview or historical post as a simulated return.
